To anyone misguidedly logging on to read new posts, but I am allbut out of action at the moment with a frozen shoulder, which is 100% frustrating, because as usual I have more than most people have to say.
The minute I get past the stage of single hand typing and having to ask Rob to help me fasten my bra in the morning...... I shall try to make amends.
