Autumn weather damage at Furlong

Here is our beautiful lane on the 26th of October, in full autumn fabulocity and here it is after the weekend's
wet, wild and windy weather. We were supposed to be going out on Friday evening but the wind got nasty, and
the rain was lashing down, so we phoned to give our apologies at about the same time that this horse chestnut came down in our driveway......
