Brilliant atmosphere at the Two Hills race on Bank Holiday Monday. Over 150 keen runners running up and down the 2 hills that dominate Chagford. Click the first photo and you will see such enthusiasm in the face of the young boy in red and white stripe top on the left of the shot. Look at the kid on the right, again in red and white and both his feet are off the ground.
Everyone in the picture is full of intent.... magic. The second shot is of the same boy Luke Mortimore from South Zeal, making it to the finish where seemingly the whole of Chagford were there to cheer the finishers over the winning post.
Nice little shot of the happy family - proud that the young girl had completed the course. I think her name is Rose Andrews. No puns about Rose rising to the occasion then ???
