Gulliver and sandwiches at our local

Two things I love about the Sandy Park Inn at Chagford. One the smashing baby Gulliver, seen here with proud father Matt Lumsdaine, the landlord....

And the other thing being the totally yummy sandwiches that chef Ross produces.....

Whenever we have clients visit the house and it gets towards lunchtime nothing could be more refreshing than a stroll down to the pub for a plateful of full filling sandwiches, a bowl of chips between us and in Rob's case, a glassful of Otter bitter.
I have been updating the website for the Sandy Park http://www.sandyparkinn.co.uk/ and they will be holding an open mike evening just before Christmas. If the Halloween Party was anything to go by, it should be a blast !! If you see the baby you might get a bonus - one of his wonderful smiles.
